What are the fixed development prices?
Starter is £9,500 and Growth is £17,500 for the development work described in each package. Enterprise is scoped and quoted after your project brief. Prices cover design and build only, not hosting or third-party running costs. Fixed scope. Additional screens, integrations, or workflows quoted separately.
What payment terms are available?
For Starter and Growth you can pay in full, spread over 3 monthly instalments, or 6 monthly instalments. Choose your terms when selecting a package. After you sign the mutual NDA, pay by card or bank, or set up a GoCardless subscription for the monthly terms. Invoice is also available.
When do I sign the mutual NDA?
After you have chosen your service, selected a package, and submitted your project brief. The agreement stays a draft until you and Raxsonic have both signed. You can add optional clauses while it is still a draft.
Are services tied to specific packages?
No. Services describe the type of work you need (for example web apps or MVP launch). Packages describe scope and price. Any package can be chosen with any service; we use both together to understand your project.
What is your refund policy before development starts?
If you decide not to go ahead before development starts, we refund 100% of any funds you have paid. This applies to card payments, GoCardless bank payments and subscriptions, and bank transfers for quoted development work.
What is included in the Starter package?
Starter (£9,500) is an MVP / single-workflow package: up to 5 screens, user authentication, one AI-assisted workflow, four weeks delivery, and 30 days post-launch support. It validates one idea, not a full product roadmap.
What is included in the Growth package?
Growth (£17,500) includes a custom web app (up to 15 screens), role-based access, multiple AI integrations, third-party API connections, 8–10 weeks delivery, and 90 days support.
What ongoing costs are not included?
Development pricing does not include hosting, domains, third-party API fees, or AI token usage. Those are billed separately to your accounts and remain your responsibility after launch.
How does Raxsonic apply the EU AI Act?
This website has no AI chatbot and does not make automated decisions about visitors. We do not build prohibited AI uses. Fixed-price packages are not high-risk AI systems. If a brief would be high-risk, that work is quoted separately. Where a delivered product lets people interact with AI, the interface says so. See the EU AI Act notice for the full position.
Why is there no discovery call?
Our application portfolio demonstrates what we build. Serious clients register, complete planning in the portal (service, package, brief, and NDA), and we review everything there. That protects both parties and keeps the process efficient.
